Apprenticeships…
(but just a bit sexier)

The apprenticeship standard is just that…. ‘standard.’ Unique and memorable engagement, and delivery mapped into the nuances of your operation, are the deciding factors between apprentices wasting their time and giving up, and Electric Mayonnaise’s Future Leader Participants growing from acorns into oak trees.

“Working with Electric Mayonnaise has been refreshing. As a hospitality professional, it’s often a difficulty to enlist training providers who deliver quality content that’s professionalised without feeling too corporate or general. Lucy, Neil & co are always happy to customise and tailor to my team’s needs. They are industry-aware & driven by the goal to support our wonderful industry.”

-Pierre Malouf - Head of Careers and Culture, Ottolenghi

Craft development programme

Our Craft Development Programme is a chef-led 12 month apprenticeship for chefs wanting to take their culinary game to the next level. Aimed at Commis and CDP level the programme delivers the foundations of exceptional cooking as well as dish and menu development, due diligence and compliance skills.

Learning is a combination of workshops, online learning, 121 line manager skills share, and on the job development.

“I commissioned the team at Electric Mayonnaise to deliver an employability course, as part of one of our high-profile national contracts. It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with the Electric Mayonnaise team, and with this project, they went above and beyond the KPIs. More importantly, they delivered a meaningful and impactful intervention for the unemployed individuals on the course, supporting them into sustained employment in Hospitality. The passion and drive from the team for Hospitality shone through, and they delivered a wonderful new cohort of Hospitality employees for our industry.”

-Inga McVicar - Operations Director, Springboard
