What we Do
Apprenticeships (just a bit sexier)
We’re on a mission to make apprenticeships cool. Our Future Leaders Program is a registered Level 4 Apprenticeship in Hospitality Management that is up to 100% fully government funded.
It’s the perfect way of up skilling the talent you already have in your business, and developing them to become the Future Leaders.
Consultancy, L&D Resource
Our experience supporting leaders and business owners has given us a unique approach to analysing people, building teams and connections to take your business from strength to strength.
Our consultancy services include change management, implementing structure and responsibility, defining and embedding culture.
Into Hospitality
Into Hospitality is our accredited outreach programme introducing people to amazing careers in hospitality. Over four days we teach skills such as team work, kitchen set up, knife skills, interview and cv preparation, basic cooking and food preparation. Our learners are then placed in working kitchens and front of house environments for an immersion day with a view to gaining employment from our independent restaurant partners.
